Randall Pratt has been a FHA Certified and Approved Appraiser since 2000,and apprasing in Nevada for 20 years. Randall attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and completed the program requirements to become Certified Nevada Paralegal. He has 17 years of appraisal experience. Before Pratt and Associates was founded, Randall worked as an independent fee appraiser in Mammoth Lakes, California. Randall has extensive training and education in appraisal techniques and guidelines through continuing education programs.  Diane Pratt graduated with a Bachelor's of Business from Loyola Marymount University in 1985 worked as a certified court reporter in Reno, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas before she began her work as an independent fee appraiser in 2001. Diane spent many hours learning her craft studying with the Appraisal Institute, currently a second vice president in the organization.
