Pratt and Associates is real estate team, owned and operated by Randall

and Diane Pratt. The husband and wife team have extensive combined knowledge and experience that can answer your questions and ease your mind, leaving you more time to focus on your real estate dreams.

Randall Pratt has been a FHA Certified and Approved Appraiser since 2000. Randall attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and completed the program requirements to become Certified Nevada Paralegal. He has 17 years of appraisal experience. Before Pratt and Associates was founded, Randall worked as an independent fee appraiser in Mammoth Lakes, California. Moving to southern Nevada, Randall began to study the Las Vegas real estate market by working with Michael Hatch Appraisal and Elite Appraisal companies. Randall also has extensive training and education in appraisal techniques and guidelines through continuing education programs.

Diane Pratt graduated with a Bachelor's of Business from Loyola Marymount University in 1985 worked as a certified court reporter in Reno, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas before she began her work as an independent fee appraiser in 2001. Diane spent many hours learning her craft studying with the Appraisal Institute.
